Children's yoga allows the kids to grow into a more aware, sensitive and mature adult, especially in regards to their own emotions and their expression.
The goal is to re-give identity to the child from different aspects, including the physical (movement and coordination), emotional (recognizing emotions, expressing them and learning to manage them) and psychic (recognizing oneself and acknowledging the other, with respect and ability to listen). Considering all of these aspects as one will help express themselves in their full potential.
