Psychomotor Activities

Psychomotor education is the starting point for children’s learning process, as it draws on their natural ability to grow by using the resources of their own body.

Our activities are designed to develop body awareness, perception, and understanding, as well as spatial and temporal organization, eye-hand coordination, and both segmental and global coordination, supporting the gradual construction of body schema.

All of this is presented in a playful way to encourage every child’s participation. Children are guided to discover their bodies as a tool for communication, with the ultimate goal of fostering harmony not only with their surroundings but, most importantly, with themselves.

It is essential to begin with what each child is already able to do; by learning to accept themselves, children gain greater self-esteem and awareness of what they discover, know, and create, while overcoming difficulties and insecurities.
