In every human being there is a natural need for music: everyone has the right to develop this creativity and grow together with it. The musical experience must become a cultural and human heritage shared by everyone, since it promotes the integration of different components: the logical, the perceptive-motor, and the affective-social. Music occupies a considerable space in the lives of children: it requires commitment, continuity of exercise, in short, effort and effort, but the result of this work gives joy and satisfaction for its growth.
We will begin with a brief historical introduction of the instrument: origins of the tribal sound - study of the various types of drum, of their sound and knowledge of percussion. Then we will move on to a study of basic techniques with related listening and practice, to then analyze the language of sound and rhythmic construction. It will aim at a collective participation of children and the practical development of a song with the drum.
