Yoga is a discipline, ancient, millenarian, yet more and more recent studies recognize it as one of the most complete activities for the physical and mental well-being of one's body. With solutions designed specifically for the very young, yoga can become a precious tool for the prevention of physical and mental disorders.


Clearly the approach studied for children is always full of fun: despite being an extremely spiritual activity, the ludic approach aims to stimulate in children the ability to relax, and at the same time to concentrate at best, discovering their own body, their emotions, their thoughts.


Yoga is recommended starting from three years of age, when the child begins to have more autonomy in moving, talking and expressing himself, but especially when he has already achieved, through the inclusion in kindergarten, independence to be serene in an environment far from parents.
